A little about Amazing Raise Bakery
Amazing Raise is born
Greetings my name is Shannon.
I grew up in Dansville my family owned many bakeries growing up. We opened with our 1st being Rovilla’s Bakery in Mason MI when I was born we later had them in many local small towns then had a Dunkin Donuts and ending our baking legacy in Leslie in 2000 with Lawson’s Goodies. Never did I ever think at almost 50yrs old I would find my passion in baking.
Here I am and I’m LOVING IT!!
I joke saying it’s like ratatouille and my grandparents are really guiding my arms they surely would be enjoying this journey with me.
I have a very strong connection with Amazing Grace connecting me to my grandmother so naturally when needing to name this venture I instantly knew I’d be
Amazing Raise "How Sour The Dough" it was a perfect fit.
All my baked goods are made using Sourdough
